Website: sollidcabinetry.com Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to manage and grow our dealer network in Las Vegas and Southern Utah. The ideal candidate has strong relationship-building skills, manufacturer rep experience, and a track record of success in B2B sales. Responsibilities Dealer Relationship Management * Visit assigned dealers monthly * Schedule face-to-face meetings for dealers without showrooms * Build strong relationships through consistent communication * Provide prompt customer service and follow up on all inquiries * Communicate daily with dealers via call, text, or email New Business Development * Prospect and open new accounts * Call on sales leads and follow up consistently * Record opportunities and notes in the company share drive Samples & Marketing Materials * Ensure all dealer samples, chip sets, and brochures are current * Replace outdated materials as needed * Assist dealers with display or product-related needs Dealer Training * Train dealers on SOLLiD ordering software and product catalog * Walk through sample orders to ensure system proficiency * Review door styles, stains, and paint colors * Explain color variances related to wood species and lighting Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * 4+ years B2B sales experience preferred * Manufacturer rep experience preferred * Cabinetry or building materials experience is a plus * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently * Resume must clearly show relevant experience Benefits * Salary + Commission (DOE) * Bonus opportunities * 401(k) with company match (eligibility after 18 months) * Health insurance (eligibility after 60 days) * Health Savings Account (HSA) * Paid Time Off (PTO) and Enhanced PTO (E-PTO) * Seven paid holidays * Paid training Additional Information * Full-time position * Monday-Friday schedule * Remote work with required travel in the Las Vegas/Southern Utah territory * Must pass E-Verify and pre-employment drug screen * We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Health savings account * Paid time off * Paid training Experience: * B2B sales: 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: In personSollid Cabinetry Inc
