About the Role

Alonti Catering is looking for a dynamic, organized Administrative Assistant to the Sales Manager who can support our Catering Sales Manager and General Manager , keep daily operations running smoothly, and make an immediate impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident on the phone, and can manage multiple priorities while reporting to multiple leaders. A Day in the Life

• Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
• Start the day at 8:00 AM by managing email coverage and checking in with the Catering Sales Manager (CSM) and General Manager (GM) to align on priorities
• Enter catering orders accurately, including EZCater orders
• Answer phones and manage email orders throughout the day
• Follow up on order details including payments, updates, and customer requests
• Assist with daily callbacks and report customer feedback to leadership
• Highlight first-time orders and support new customer outreach
• Perform data entry and market research as directed
• Prepare menus and marketing materials
• Support large events or take deliveries when needed
• Assist with coverage during Catering Sales Manager vacations or personal days
• Wrap up the day by forwarding communications to the Catering Sales Manager at 4:30 PM Additional

Responsibilities

• Assist with tastings, proposals, rentals, and catering coach opportunities
• Support collateral drop-offs, blitzes, and local outreach
• Help cover day-to-day communication for the Catering Sales Manager and General Manager
• Contact new and existing customers as directed You'll Be Great in This Role If You:

Required Qualifications

• Experience with a CRM is required (HubSpot experience strongly preferred)
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active insurance (occasional deliveries required)
• Ability to work on-site full time
