You will be responsible for the full enrollment cycle, ensuring every customer walks away with the best wireless package available. Primary Duties and Daily Responsibilities of the Customer Account Specialist: * Visit residential locations to initiate and close sales for AT&T wireless products. * Perform live demonstrations of the latest wireless devices to spark customer interest. * Execute the full enrollment process, from lead generation to final contract signing. * Analyze current customer bills to show clear savings and value through AT&T upgrades. * Maintain an expert-level understanding of promotional offers and residential bundles. * Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure equipment delivery and setup satisfaction. * Participate in daily morning strategy meetings to sharpen your sales techniques. * Represent AT&T with integrity while navigating North Miami neighborhoods. Qualifications and Skills of the Customer Account Specialist: * Strong interpersonal abilities--you've never met a stranger! * A goal-oriented mindset focused on hitting and exceeding KPIs. * Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. * Reliable transportation to navigate Fort Myers and surrounding FL areas. * Strong organizational skills to track leads and follow up with potential enrollments. * A competitive spirit that pushes you to be the #1 performer on the team. * Fluency in English (Bilingual in Spanish is a huge asset in this market!).
