Part-Time Program Director - Hero Martial Arts (Hendersonville, TN)Location: Hendersonville, TN Position Type: Part-Time Hours: 16-20 hours per week Industry: Martial Arts / Youth Development / Customer Experience About Hero Martial Arts Hero Martial Arts is a professional, values-driven martial arts organization focused on developing confidence, discipline, and leadership in kids and families. We operate multiple successful locations in the Nashville area and pride ourselves on structure, professionalism, and high standards. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Program Director for our Hendersonville location. This is a key role responsible for membership management, organization, and delivering an exceptional experience for new and existing families. Who This Role Is For This position is ideal for someone who is: * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Disciplined, reliable, and professional * Coachable and able to follow systems and direction * Comfortable with friendly, ethical sales conversations * Charismatic and confident, especially with parents and children * Able to manage multiple responsibilities within limited weekly hours Primary Responsibilities * Enrollments & Memberships * Conduct Enrollment Conferences with new students and families * Sign up new students into programs and memberships * Renew existing student memberships * Review and manage expiration reports * Maintain accurate student and membership records Customer Experience * Greet students and parents professionally and enthusiastically * Create a strong first impression for new families * Communicate clearly, confidently, and respectfully * Represent the Hero Martial Arts brand at a high level Administrative & Operations * Perform lead follow-up (calls, texts, emails) * Place inventory orders and manage supplies * Fulfill uniform and gear orders for customers * Keep the front desk and office organized * Support instructors and daily studio operations Requirements * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent organization and follow-through * Comfort with sales and customer conversations * Professional appearance and demeanor * Ability to learn and follow established systems * Dependable, punctual, and consistent Martial arts experience is NOT required. Training will be provided.
