Job Summary Berries Health and Genetics Laboratory an innovative and State-of-the-art laboratory is seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Representative specializing in Genetics Diagnostic Laboratory products and services. In this role, you will be the key driver of growth by promoting innovative genetic testing solutions to healthcare providers, and research institutions. Your energetic approach will help build strong relationships, educate clients on complex genetic diagnostics, and expand our market presence. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target hospitals, clinics, and research organizations for genetics diagnostic products. * Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our genetic testing solutions. * Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management. * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with client needs while meeting company sales objectives. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering technical support, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product developments, market trends, and competitive landscape. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and account status using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint for reporting purposes. Requirements * At least 5 years of proven experience in medical laboratory sales or clinical trials contract, with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) contracts. * Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively articulate complex scientific information. * Demonstrated success in account management, customer service, and establishing long-term client relationships. * Technical sales experience involving product demos and analysis skills to explain genetic diagnostic technologies clearly. * Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently while organizing multiple accounts efficiently. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint for presentations, reports, and analysis documentation. * Knowledge of genetics diagnostics or related medical fields is highly desirable. * Exceptional organizational skills paired with a proactive approach to sales opportunities.
