Our Sales Leadership Trainee Program is designed for ambitious individuals who want to learn sales and marketing hands-on, then quickly step into leadership and management roles. What You 'll Do

• Meet homeowners in their homes across Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Lehigh Acres
• Work with pre-qualified leads (no cold calls) -- customers already interested in Quantum Fiber or AT &T services
• Build rapport, present solutions, and close sales
• Develop communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Transition into team leadership and management as you grow What We 're Looking For

• No experience required -- just ambition and drive

Compensation
