As an AT&T Sales Team Member, you will play a key role in representing AT&T's products and services to both new and existing customers. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, delivering tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships that drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. The ideal AT&T Sales Associate is a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and client service. Key Responsibilities of the AT &T Sales Team Member: * Serve as the main contact and direct representative for assigned AT&T residential consumer accounts * Promote and sell AT&T's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets. * Conduct in person product presentations and provide detailed product and service information to potential and current customers. * Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Stay up-to-date with AT&T's products, services, promotions, and industry trends. * Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals and deliver outstanding results. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. AT &T Sales Team Member Qualifications: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. * Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales goals and delivering results. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
