Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry Level Japanese Bilingual Account Manager for our client. Entry level welcome! Training will be provided. Salary: 60-65K Bonus Permanent, Full-time, Exempt Monday to Friday 8:30am5:30pm Business trip: 25% US, Mexico, Japan Responsibilities * Sales Growth : Drive sales by calling on existing and new accounts, following up on leads, and meeting sales/margin goals. * Customer Solutions : Promote products and develop technical solutions tailored to customer needs. * Reporting & Collaboration: Submit sales reports and forecasts; work closely with internal teams and vendors. * Order Processing Prepare quotes, enter customer orders. * Development : Attend training, meetings, and complete assigned special projects. Skills * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients. * Ability to lead discussions and negotiate terms with potential clients confidently. * Understanding Japanese business culture and conversational Japanese, plus. * Japanese bilingual.
