Our focus is on the solution and the value of the solution to the customer. Your Role: Southern Tool Specialist, Inc. (STS) is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to manage and grow our established West Tennessee and Western Kentucky territory. Reporting directly to the Zone Manager, this role serves as a trusted technical and process consultant to manufacturing customers. The Regional Sales Engineer partners closely with customers to evaluate assembly, fastening, and material handling processes; identify inefficiencies; and develop engineered solutions that improve productivity, quality, and cost performance. This position involves regular on-site engagement, collaboration with OEM partners, and the application of tools, software, and automation- ready solutions to support continuous improvement initiatives across customer operations.
