Responsibilities * Engage customers and confidently present Nexterra's mobile repair solution * Build trust through transparent, professional, and empathetic communication * Manage customer relationships from initial outreach through scheduling * Accurately build customer files with required documents, notation and tech allocation * Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a world-class customer experience * Maintain strong personal productivity and performance metrics What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering value.
