If you've got the hustle, the voice, and the confidence to own the phones, we want you. * What we're looking for: * You've worked in an outbound call center, and you thrived. * You know how to sell, maybe not solar (yet), but you're a closer. * You're a tech-savvy multitasker who can juggle CRM tools, email, and a conversation. * You like to win. Like, really win. * Bonus points if you speak Spanish or know solar. Compensation: $40,000 - $90,000 yearly Responsibilities: What You 'll Be Doing: * Dial like a boss : You'll be calling warm leads and cold calls here, and turning interest into appointments (and appointments into deals). * Sell the sun : Pitch the benefits of going solar in a way that makes customers feel the savings. * Crush the competition : You'll be armed with all the facts to beat out the other guys. * Talk the talk : Communicate clearly (and confidently) in English, and Spanish is a big plus! * Be part of a team that actually gives a damn : You'll collaborate, learn, and win together.
