Job Title Sales Mitigation Representative- Restoration Services Location: North County San Diego, CA Salary: $23-26 Type: Full-Time About the Role We're looking for a driven, outgoing Sales Mitigation Representative to grow our commercial and industrial restoration business. You'll connect with property managers, facility directors, contractors, and insurance contacts-- introducing our water restoration solutions and building lasting relationships. This is a field-focused, client-facing role--no estimating required --where your sales skills and relationship-building drive results. What You 'll Do * Find and engage new commercial and industrial clients. * Visit sites to understand client needs and present our services. * Build and maintain strong client relationships. * Track opportunities and follow up to generate repeat business. * Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project launches. What We 're Looking For * 2-3 years sales experience in restoration, construction, property services, or similar. * Confident presenting to commercial and industrial clients. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized. * Strong communication skills and professional presence. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
