• Talk with homeowners face-to-face (door-to-door)
• Create interest and set appointments for closers
• Learn a proven sales system with hands-on training
• Attend a daily 9:30 AM team meeting
• Shadow experienced reps and grow into a closing role Schedule
• 25 hours per week
• 5 hours of groundwork (knocking) per day
• Monday-Saturday (Sunday off)
• One weekday off allowed (Mon-Fri)
• Schedule adjusts seasonally with daylight

Requirements

• Reliable personal vehicle (required)
• Willing to work Monday-Saturday
• Comfortable with 100% commission, 1099 work
• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
• Able to handle rejection and stay consistent
• No degree required No sales experience required (Competitive backgrounds, athletics, or prior sales experience are a plus --but not required.) Pay &
