This role serves as a centralized point of contact with our clients. Responsibilities: * Client relationship management * Manage client service requests, account maintenance and recordkeeping * Client communication and interaction- email, phone, mail and in person * Scheduling client meetings * Prepare reports, illustrations, presentations and other client related documents * Proactive client contact * Meeting preparation and coordination * Marketing for client seminars and client appreciation events * Team collaboration on daily, weekly, and quarterly tasks * New client onboarding * New business processing * Ensure accuracy with all compliance policies, procedures and documentation * Utilize multiple technology platforms for client account management Requirements: * Minimum 2+ years financial services experience * FINRA Series 7 & 66 or 63/65 (partial registration may be considered) * Foundational knowledge of investment and insurance products and services * Dependable, organized with the ability to multi-task while prioritizing projects * Energetic, self-motivated individuals with strong customer engagement skills * Ability to pivot priorities or schedules throughout the day * Proactive problem solver with critical thinking skills * Professional written and verbal communication skills * Experience with Microsoft Office Suites and the ability to learn new technology quickly * Experience with Salesforce and financial planning tools a plus Benefits: * Competitive compensation package * Paid vacation and holidays * Retirement program Equitable Advisors, LLC, member FINRA, SIPC, (Equitable Financial Advisors in MI and TN) and affiliate, Equitable Network, LLC, (Equitable Network Insurance Agency of California, LLC; Equitable Network Insurance Agency of Utah, LLC; Equitable Network of Puerto Rico, Inc.) are Equal Opportunity Employers M/F/D/V.
