Job Summary

We are a fast-growing moving company looking for driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our team at our beautiful Las Vegas office. You'll work with warm, inbound leads--no cold calling required--helping people navigate their move and close the sale with confidence and care. This is a role with no ceiling on earnings. If you're a natural communicator who loves closing deals and wants access to proven sales training, this is your opportunity to build a six-figure income.

Responsibilities

• Calling, texting, and emailing qualified leads who are actively planning a move
• Following up with prospects who need time to decide and nurturing them toward a close
• Building trust and clearly explaining our services, pricing, and process
• Using proven techniques (we'll train you!) to ask for the sale and win business

Qualifications

• Have experience in sales (moving industry a strong plus!)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are a confident communicator and persistent closer
• CRM proficiency and ability to manage multiple leads
• Excellent follow-up and organizational habits
• Ability to work with independently and with a team in a beautiful office setting
