Job Summary We are a fast-growing moving company looking for driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our team at our beautiful Las Vegas office. You'll work with warm, inbound leads--no cold calling required--helping people navigate their move and close the sale with confidence and care. This is a role with no ceiling on earnings. If you're a natural communicator who loves closing deals and wants access to proven sales training, this is your opportunity to build a six-figure income. Responsibilities * Calling, texting, and emailing qualified leads who are actively planning a move * Following up with prospects who need time to decide and nurturing them toward a close * Building trust and clearly explaining our services, pricing, and process * Using proven techniques (we'll train you!) to ask for the sale and win business Qualifications * Have experience in sales (moving industry a strong plus!) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Are a confident communicator and persistent closer * CRM proficiency and ability to manage multiple leads * Excellent follow-up and organizational habits * Ability to work with independently and with a team in a beautiful office setting * Resilient, positive, and goal-oriented mindset * Are coachable, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment * Love the challenge of exceeding goals and being rewarded for your results Join us in driving success through innovative sales strategies!
