Job Overview: We are seeking for a salesperson who has direct sales experience with chain- stores and supermarkets like Ross, Burlington, and TJ Maxx, who can also help us become clothing vendor to these stores. MUST HAVE RELATED EXPERIENCES(Wholesale clothing field). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys builing relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products - Conduct product demos and provide detailed information about features and benefits - Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers - Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale - Assist with stock management and inventory control - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues Requirements: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Bilingual proficiency in English and is highly desirable - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Proven ability to sell products or services effectively - Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills - Ability to conduct product demos and explain technical details in a clear manner - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Strong written and verbal communication skills If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
