We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative CLOSER to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to ask for the order effectively while following the trained negotiations process. Sales Representative Closer Average gross income $200,000 per year: Base + Commission. Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, 401k. This is in-home sales for a General B Construction Firm, both residential and commercial construction sales. Work for an industry leader. Monday -Friday, rotating Saturdays. W2 employment position. Duties - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and negotiation. - Conduct field sales activities, and closing sales. - Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth within the territory. - Execute territory strategies to maximize sales potential and achieve targets. - No customer service required- just SALES. - Participate in direct sales initiatives, including presentations and product demonstrations. -Be willing to drive to leads to present and close deals. Requirements - Proven experience in sales; inside or direct sales experience is preferred but not required. - Strong understanding of territory management principles and sales strategies. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to visit multiple accounts daily. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - A proactive approach to business development and achieving sales goals.
