Utilizing the single-level direct sales business model, college and university students run their own business selling educational resources to families through in-home consultations and referrals. Job Description: This is an onsite role as an Independent Educational Sales Consultant. The Independent Educational Sales Consultant will learn how to run their own business by generating sales leads, identifying and addressing client needs, preparing and presenting product demonstrations, and closing sales with customers. The Independent Educational Sales Consultant will work closely with families, sales leaders, and fellow consultants. Key Responsibilities: * Perform product demonstrations through a consultative sales approach. * Communicate with families from various socio-economic backgrounds. * Build connections within your sales territory through direct-to-home communications and rapport with customers. * Sell and market educational materials to families in assigned sales territories. * Execute the business management tasks of: ordering, inventory, sales, accounting, scheduling, and delivery of product. Qualifications: * High School Diploma. * Positive attitude and goal oriented. * Independent and self-motivated. * Strong work ethic. * Eager to learn and develop skills. * Availability to work and relocate during the summer. Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs. * Ability to consistently work in outdoor weather conditions.
