We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management, and account management. It requires a strong understand of B2B sales processes, excellent customer service skills, and ability to negotiate and close deals. Duties: * conduct sales activities including cold calling, product demos, and sales presentations. * manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities * Utilize ERP software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships * analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for upselling and territory expansion * maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics. Qualifications: * proven experience in sales, B2B sales * strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. * Familiarity with ERP software is a plus * experience in account management and customer service is highly desirable * bilingual is a plus (such as Chinese, Spanish, or others) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
