Responsibilities * Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat * Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order processing * Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction * Become an expert in our esthetic products and provide guidance to customers * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback * Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs and boost revenue * Assist in warranty claims, refunds, and retention efforts * Travel occasionally to trade shows and represent our brand * Work collaboratively with internal teams to streamline customer support processes Skills * 3+ years of experience in customer service or technical support * Background in esthetic equipment, beauty, or wellness industry (preferred) * CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) * Bilingual (English/Spanish) - strong written & verbal communication * Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with esthetic devices * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively * A positive, professional attitude and a passion for helping customers Join our team as a Customer Service Representative where you can make a difference by providing outstanding service while developing your career in a supportive environment!
