Picsil is seeking a Commercial Specialist to lead, manage, and drive relationships with our partners and clients in California. The ideal candidate is a passionate sales professional with experience in negotiation, strategic account development, and a strong understanding of the sports market. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to identify opportunities to drive brand growth in this key region. Responsibilities As the Commercial Specialist for California , your responsibilities will include: * Prospect gyms, retailers, and distributors in person and through emails and cold calls * Drop into gyms and run product sampling events * Attend CrossFit competitions and fitness events as a vendor * Educate athletes on products and collect feedback * Track conversions via Shopify tag * Pitch Picsil products and close sales * Meet KPI's defined Requirements * CrossFit practice or industry knowledge is required. * 2+ years of B2B sales experience (fitness/sports preferred) * Strong knowledge of the Fitness community * Comfortable working remotely and independently * Must reside in California, USA What We Offer * Be part of an international brand in full growth and expansion. * 1099 contract * $16-$20/hour, up to 25 hours/week * Branded gear and event kits provided * Growth potential into full-time roles How to Apply Send your CV and a cover letter to [please apply online] , explaining why you are the ideal candidate for this position.
