What You 'll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Professionals to consistently exceed sales goals
• Recruit, train, and develop top-performing sales talent
• Implement community outreach and marketing strategies that expand visibility and prospecting opportunities
• Manage budgets, monitor performance, and ensure operational excellence
• Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and empathy What We Offer

• Base salary + uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
• Estimated total compensation: $90,000 - $150,000+ annually (top performers often exceed this range)

• 3-5 years of successful sales management experience (funeral, insurance, or related industries a plus)
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed goals
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong presentation and coaching abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SalesForce experience a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license and insurance license (as required by state law)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual also a Plus
