Full description of the position

Are you ready to join a service-oriented organization? Home Instead Home Instead, a leading provider of in-home care services for seniors, is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Advisor to join our team. This full-time position will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, increasing sales, and developing strategic partnerships within our service area. We seek a Business Development Advisor who is self-directed, motivated and believes in the value of working as a team within the market and region. Candidates should have availability Monday-Friday between 8 am-5pm. Must also be available for after-hours events as well as weekend events. Responsibilities * Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets * Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the assigned territory * Build and maintain long-term relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities * Conduct community outreach activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads * Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients and partners * Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored care solutions for clients * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies * Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred * 2-5 years' experience in business development, sales, or community outreach, preferably in home care, assisted living, or related healthcare sectors * Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Strong understanding of the home care industry and local healthcare landscape * Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel What We Offer * The chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families * Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance and paid time off * Ongoing professional development and training opportunities Benefits * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance At Home Instead, we're committed to providing the highest quality care to our clients and creating a supportive work environment for our team members.
