This position is vital for driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall success of the store. We start off everyone selling bath vanities, bathroom vanity tops, mirrors, accessories etc. They then move up to do kitchen designs depending on the employee that can generally happen 6 months to a year after being hired. Position is temp to hire. $22 per hr + monthly bonus after 1st month of employment. Our bonus program is a tiered program, top 3 earn the highest bonus, next 3 the 2nd highest % and the lowest 4 earn the lowest % Jan-Nov 2025 Top 3 sales reps avg bonus $1,533 monthly/avg ($8.71 per hr avg) Mid 3 sales reps avg bonus $657 montly/avg ( $3.73 per hr avg) Lowest 3 sales reps avg bonus $382 monthly/avg ( $2.17 per hr avg) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Work Location: In person
