We are looking for a full time Commercial Account Manager for our agency in Mesa, AZ. We are a full service Independent Insurance Agency in Arizona with a regional footprint looking to expand. We are looking for an account manager that can help us service our existing customers/cross-sell and provide back office support as we expand and grow. Below are the successful attributes we are looking for from an applicant : - You must be a self starter who puts the customer's needs first. - You must have a positive and proactive attitude with a desire to provide the best customer service for our clients and producers. - Must have excellent phone and computer skills and willing to see things through to completion. -10 Years Commercial Experience Required

Duties

-Assist in renewing and selling new commercial policies. - Handle and complete customer calls for billing, endorsements and new business requests. - Complete follow up calls for missing information from clients or producers. - Track producer production and collect compliance related documents for each account. -Handle incoming and outgoing mail/email. -Assist owner with office management . -Scanning and attaching customer documents to Management system. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
