The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in meeting company objectives. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the packaging industry, including a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing sales or account management role. They will bring proven skills in client acquisition, account management, and consultative selling. Essential JOB DUTIES * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals. * Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts to maximize customer and retention. * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers. * Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract to close details effectively. * Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals. * Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. * Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences. * Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market opportunities. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS The essential functions of this job require the employee to perform the following physical activities during work: * Sitting: Majority of the time will be spent sitting at a desk while working on a computer or handling paperwork.
