The Mike Ferry Organization is the leader in real estate sales training and coaching. For over 50 years, we have helped real estate agents grow their businesses through proven scripts, systems, and strategies that focus on productivity and profitability. Our company is rooted in MFO curated sales techniques, along with personal responsibility and daily discipline. We are looking for Telephone Sales Dialers who can keep can dial 250-300 calls daily to new and former clients. You should bring your smiles, sales acumen, and ability to engage with clients on the phone. As a true collaborator, you understand the importance of the smallest details and how they affect the big picture of your team and our clients! Basic Qualifications : * Sales mentality and past successes founded on experience and perseverance. * 2+ years of relationship building * Ability and willingness to cold call but also use warm leads from past and present clients. * Comfortable with learning, introducing yourself, personalizing a script that explains the purpose of your call then passing the call to a Sales Team Specialist. * Ability to build rapport. * Passion for sales with a Hunter mentality - Work big numbers to generate deals! * Ability to tap into your superior communication skills to connect with others from varying backgrounds and experiences. * Willingness to ask questions. * Love the idea of being part of a high-functioning team working to positively affect the lives of others through our programs. * Basic computer skills including understanding the functionality of CRM software and how to move within one. * Professional presence, attire, and demeanor. * High School diploma or GED equivalent. * Ability and willingness to work in office five (5) days per week with nights and weekends off. * Positive mindset and great attitude Job Specifics: * Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM; NO overtime, weekends, or federal holidays! * Location: In-house * Status: Temporary with the possibility of turning into regular * Pay: $13 - $15/hr (Depending on experience) Work Location: In person
