Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers in their homes, presenting our window cleaning services, and building lasting relationships. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate will be essential in driving sales and expanding our customer base. Duties * Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services. * Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed targets. * Engage in B2B sales discussions with local businesses to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions. * Perform outbound calling as part of follow-up efforts on leads generated from door-to-door interactions. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that enhance outreach efforts. * Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, particularly in door-to-door or telemarketing environments. * Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Familiarity with CRM software and technology sales is a plus. * Ability to demonstrate negotiation skills and business development acumen. * Experience with inside sales techniques, including warm calling strategies. * A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing excellent service. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
