Sales Manager Based in Glendale, AZ Full-time | In-person | Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish) MGM Sweeping provides essential services to the construction industry, as we expand into Tucson and beyond, we're hiring a sales Manager who's excited to build connections and grow our presence. This is not a cold desk, we have strong branding, existing leads, and growing demand. What we need is someone with heart, drive, and follow-through to help us take things to the next level. What You 'll Be Doing * Visiting job sites to introduce MGM, check in with current customers, and build trust. * Following up on inbound leads and sending quotes (we'll train you on pricing). * Connecting with contractors, developers, and site supervisors in the field. * Traveling to Tucson once per week to support our expansion and build relationships. * Communicating clearly with our Dispatch and Operations teams to ensure excellent service. * Tracking visits and opportunities in our simple CRM tools. * Helping promote MGM's brand and values in the market. What We 're Looking For * Attitude over experience, we'll train you. * A self-starter who takes initiative and follows up. * Strong people skills - friendly, professional, and reliable. * Comfortable walking job sites and talking with contractors and workers. * Good with phone calls, text follow-ups, and learning a bit of technology. * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. * Valid driver's license required - Company vehicle provided.
