Our team has an immediate need for Business Development Sales Coordinators. We have a huge inventory of New and Pre-Owned vehicles and our Business Development Coordinators assists with both. Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Proximity to the action on the Sales Floor * Synergy between Business Development Team and Sales Team. * Training, feedback, personal growth opportunities Responsibilities: - Primary daily activity includes: Phone calls, texting, emailing and chats with customers to obtain appointment/commitment from customer to visit the dealership. 150 - 200 Activities per day (Call, text and emails) - Build, maintain and follow up with customers to drive sales, growth/repeat business/referrals (Lease Pull Ahead, Vehicle Buy Backs, Off the Street Purchases) - Collaborate with Sales Staff to move customer closer to vehicle purchase - Utilize CRM software, such as Vinsolutions, and BDC Central to track sales activities and manage customer relationships * Skills: * - Proven experience in customer experience and overcoming objections * - Strong strategic planning and analytical skills * - Excellent negotiation and sales abilities * - Proficiency in using documentation and customer follow-up * Personality: * - High Energy, Upbeat, drive team results through friendly competition * -Independent worker, able to measure and track daily activity and goals. * - Motivated by individual contribution to lead to Team Success! * Schedule: * - Weekend hours will be required We offer competitive compensation packages, including Hourly Pay, uncapped commission, and benefits.
