Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) About CanQualify CanQualify is an industry-leading compliance management company helping clients streamline contractor qualification, safety, and risk management processes. Recently acquired by Tang & Company, a family-owned organization with over 45 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Construction, and Industrial sectors, CanQualify continues to grow its platform and service capabilities to better serve clients nationwide. Position Overview We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our suppliers -- providing exceptional support, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and maintaining CanQualify's reputation for top-tier service and reliability. Work Schedule * Full-Time, Monday through Friday * Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Pacific Time) Key Responsibilities * Serve as the first point of contact for supplier inquiries via phone, email, and chat. * Provide step-by-step assistance to suppliers navigating the CanQualify platform. * Manage incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex concerns when necessary. * Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions and follow up to ensure timely resolution. * Collaborate with Account Managers, the Compliance Team and other departments to support client/supplier satisfaction and program success. * Educate supplier users about CanQualify's tools, features, and compliance requirements. * Identify recurring customer needs or pain points and provide feedback to improve service and product performance. * Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand services -- such as helping general contractors invite and manage their subcontractors through CanQualify. Qualifications * 3 years of customer service or client support experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment. * Strong communication skills -- both written and verbal. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. * Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under minimal supervision. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software tools. * Experience in construction, energy, or industrial compliance management is a plus.
