Job Summary Commission based pay. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a knowledge of the roofing industry, strong outside sales skills, expertise in B2B sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase roofing solutions and technical features to prospective clients. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. * Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams. * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry preferred. * Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, and account management. * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to perform product demos effectively and conduct analysis to identify client needs. * Experience in cold calling, upselling, and direct sales strategies required.
