POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Wholesale Territory Sales Manager with a proven track record of selling wholesale products into smoke shops, vape shops, and independent convenience stores. This role is NOT a retail or in-store job -- it is a B2B field-sales position in the wholesale/distribution channel. The ideal candidate already has existing accounts in the channel, is comfortable managing routes, opening new wholesale accounts, and driving reorders. This person will represent our brand professionally, grow territory penetration, and build long-term distribution relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting smoke shops, vape stores, and independent convenience stores * Visit assigned stores regularly -- open new wholesale accounts, manage existing accounts, and drive reorders * Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers * Merchandise products -- ensure proper shelf placement, displays, pricing, and visibility * Introduce and promote new products, conduct in-store promotions, and execute marketing/launch plans * Track and report sales activity: store visits, orders, territory performance, inventory turnover, and reorder rates * Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and local trends; provide feedback to management * Manage delivery logistics, order follow-ups, product replenishment, and customer service needs * Travel extensively within the territory; manage route schedule and territory planning independently QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years of experience selling wholesale products into smoke shops, vape shops, convenience stores, or similar independent retail channels * Proven track record of building and maintaining B2B wholesale accounts * Existing relationships with store owners/managers/buyers in smoke shop, vape, or convenience-store channels strongly preferred * Self-starter with excellent organization, time-management, and territory-planning skills * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently, travel daily, and visit 15-25 stores per day * Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive base salary + commission/bonus potential * Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, 401(k) match) * Freedom and autonomy to manage your own route, schedule, and territory * Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement * Support, training, and tools from a fast-growing company HOW TO APPLY Please include: * A summary of your sales experience in smoke-shop/vape-shop/c-store wholesale channels * The current brands, products, or accounts you manage * Your base location and proposed territory coverage area Qualified applicants will be contacted for next steps.
