Sales Operations Manager Bloomaker USA, Inc. - Waynesboro, VA Full-Time | On-Site Reports to: Director of Sales About Bloomaker USA, Inc. Bloomaker is a leading producer of premium flowers and innovative floral products, supplying major retailers and customers across the United States. We combine horticultural expertise with operational excellence to deliver highquality, readytoenjoy floral experiences. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Sales Operations Manager who will strengthen our commercial infrastructure and support the continued growth of our sales organization. Position Overview The Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing Bloomaker's sales processes, improving data visibility, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced, handson environment and enjoys building systems that help teams perform at their best. Key Responsibilities Sales Process & Performance Management * Assist in developing, refining, and maintaining sales processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures. * Assist in procedure and process mapping for the sales organization to improve clarity, efficiency, and scalability. * Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the Director of Sales. * Manage sales forecasting, demand planning inputs, and reporting dashboards, in collaboration with the Director of Sales * Support annual and seasonal planning cycles, including retailer program setup and execution. Data, Reporting & Systems * Maintain accurate sales data across CRM, ERP, and internal systems. * Create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports. * Identify data gaps and implement improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. * Partner with IT and operations teams to optimize system integrations and data flows. CrossFunctional Coordination * Serve as the operational bridge between Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance. * Ensure timely communication of customer requirements, order changes, and program updates. * Support new product launches, retailer program rollouts, and promotional initiatives. * Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and ontime delivery. Customer & Retailer Support * Assist with retailer portal management, item setup, pricing updates, and compliance requirements. * Support the sales team with customer presentations, program documentation, and meeting preparation. * Troubleshoot order issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them quickly. Process Improvement & Strategic Support * Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve efficiency. * Support strategic projects led by the Director of Sales, including market analysis and channel expansion. * Contribute to the development of sales tools, training materials, and best practices. Qualifications Required * Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or related field--or equivalent experience. * 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, or commercial support roles. * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools. * Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). * Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities. * Ability to work onsite fulltime in Waynesboro, VA. Preferred * Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), horticulture, agriculture, or retail supply chain. * Familiarity with major retailer systems * Knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, or inventory management processes.
