Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM In-office only Compensation & Earning Potential * $18/hour base pay * Uncapped commissions * Monthly bonus Opportunities On-Target Earnings (OTE): * Average Producer: $55,000-$65,000 annually * Strong Producer (40+ items/month): $70,000-$85,000+ * Top Performers: $90,000+ with consistency Earnings are directly tied to production.
