The Insurance Sales Lead will be responsible for setting the bar when it comes to driving new business, managing client relationships, and leading sales initiatives to meet company goals. Multilingual abilities and experience in outside sales or retail sales are highly valued to effectively serve diverse customer needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead sales efforts, develop marketing strategies, and contribute to the growth of our insurance services. Duties * Lead and manage outside sales efforts to acquire new clients and expand market reach. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to target markets. * Conduct negotiations with prospective clients to secure insurance policies that meet their needs. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining policy options, and resolving issues promptly. * Oversee sales administration tasks including documentation, policy processing, and compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Utilize analysis skills to evaluate market trends, customer data, and sales performance metrics for continuous improvement. * Coordinate marketing activities such as outreach campaigns and telemarketing initiatives to generate leads. * Collaborate with benefits administration teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive coverage options. * Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and competitive landscape. * Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance and achieve departmental objectives. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the PROPERTY AND CASUALTY markets. * P&C license * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus. * Knowledge of insurance sales processes, customer service principles, and benefits administration. * Analysis skills to interpret market data and develop targeted sales strategies. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Multilingual proficiency is preferred to serve diverse client populations effectively. * Proven experience as a leader.
