Sales Coordinator - Youville Assisted Living Salaried | Monday -Friday (plus occasional as needed) | Salary Based on Experience Youville Assisted Living is seeking a personable and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our marketing efforts and help families discover the comfort and community our residences offer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, guiding prospective residents, and working in a mission-driven senior living environment. Job Summary The Sales Coordinator manages inquiries, schedules tours, supports admissions, and assists with outreach and marketing activities. You'll work closely with prospective residents, families, and community partners to maintain occupancy and strengthen Youville's presence in the local market. Responsibilities * Respond to inquiries, provide tours, and manage lead follow-up * Support admissions and guide families through the decision process * Maintain applicant files and documentation for private and subsidized programs * Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach events, and collateral management * Build relationships with community partners and referral sources * Prepare required marketing activity reports * Ensure compliance with HUD, HIPAA, and MA Executive Office of Elder Affairs regulations Requirements * 5+ years of experience in marketing or sales (senior living/healthcare preferred) * Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with database and web-based tools * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and conduct walking tours Schedule & Salary * Schedule: Monday-Friday, salaried, with occasional additional hours * Salary: Based on experience Benefits * Medical & Pharmacy, Dental, Vision * HSA and FSA * 403(b) Retirement Plan * Short- & Long-Term Disability * Five additional voluntary insurances * Auto & Home Insurance Programs * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Youville House is an Affiliate of Covenant Health. #INDHP Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Parental leave * Referral program * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Experience: * Sales & Marketing in ASL: 3 years (Required) Shift availability: * Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: * Cambridge, MA 02138 (Required) Work Location: In person
