Paint EZ Northeast Nashville Area Sales Manager - Job Description The Area Manager with Paint EZ will be instrumental in the key day-to-day operations of our business as they will be involved in all aspects of sales and production. The key responsibilities of this position include: performing sales appointments, overseeing the production of our work, and anything required to get jobs produced on time, with high quality, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities and Duties: * Networking to build lead funnel and manage sales funnel for all company leads. * Track KPIs through weekly performance reports, which include but are not limited to meeting or beating sales quota, meet or exceed 5 star review goals. * Show up on the job site; greet the customer and walk the property. * Ask the customer questions to fully understand the scope of work and set expectations. * Generate a quote on the job site and present it to the customer. * Stay in direct contact/directions with the customer and crew during the job. * Communicate with customers regarding the status of the job. * Perform follow-up with customers once the job is complete to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: * 3-5 years related experience would be optimal. Management experience is something that is highly sought after in this position. * Prior achievement of sales results. * Previous construction sales experience preferred. * Bachelor's degree preferred but is not required. * Industry experience is a plus. * Bilingual is a plus. Required Skills: * Initiates sales leads. * Follow up/close sales leads. * Provide excellent customer service. * Manage material and labor cost. * Excellent communication skills * Integrity. * Self motivated.
