Inside Sales Representative The Opportunity Are you a self-driven, results-focused individual with a background in DIY projects or home improvement? Sunrise Structures is a growing, family-owned business looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Respond to all inquiries, by phone or text, and guide the conversation through our sales process. Sales Process: Use established sales procedures to uncover customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales. *Design & Presentation: *Help customers gain insights by interacting with them, design their structures online, and send them to them. Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude coupled with a down-to-earth personality. Lead Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and lead status in CRM Organic Lead Generation: Actively post on company approved platforms to drive more lead traffic. Sales Targets: Conduct negotiations to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets. Compensation and Benefits * Earnings Target $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 yearly * Pay Structure: Base pay, and Bonus commission * Benefits: paid time off, employee discounts, parental leave, life, health benefits and disability insurance options, 401k * Professional Development: paid sales training Work Location & Schedule * Location: in person at the main office * Hours Mon - Fri, 8:00 - 5:00 Qualifications: * Must be motivated and hungry to win * Must have excellent verbal communication skills * Must be coach-able and teachable * Must be a good listener and able to lead a person through the buying process * Must be able to maintain clear records in our CRM * Must have sufficient knowledge of DIY projects, handyman, or some hands on experience with tools and homeowner projects.
