Avanta Inc. is a U.S. based consumer electronics distributor and brand accelerator dedicated to bringing innovative global brands to American consumers. Through strong channel partnerships, a nationwide distribution network, and strategic brand-building, we help both emerging and established manufacturers achieve sustainable growth in the U.S. market. Join our team and help expand Avanta's presence across major retail and distribution channels. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key customers. * Present and promote Avanta's consumer electronics product lineup to potential clients. * Travel within the US as needed to support sales activities, conduct store visits, and strengthen client relationships. * Provide excellent post-sales service to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. * Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies, brand goals, and market trends. Qualifications * Sales experience preferred, especially in consumer electronics or related industries. * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a strong track record of achieving targets * Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is highly preferred. * Must have legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this position at this time. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities * Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about achieving sales targets.
