Dispositions Manager (Wholesale Real Estate) Overview We are hiring a Dispositions Manager to own the buyer side of our wholesale real estate operation. This role is sales-driven , execution- focused, and accountable to results. You will be responsible for marketing deals, sourcing and qualifying buyers, and seeing transactions through from contract to close. This is a revenue-producing position for someone who understands investor buyers, moves deals quickly, and keeps transactions on track once a buyer is secured. Success in the First 90 Days * Build a minimum list of 10 solid, cash-ready or investment-ready buyers * Successfully market and sell wholesale deals * Close at least 2 deals per month * Maintain a clean buyer CRM and performance scoreboard Core Responsibilities Dispositions & Sales * Market wholesale properties using: * Facebook groups * Email blasts * SMS campaigns * Direct outreach to investor buyers * Write compelling ad copy for each deal * Actively source, solicit, and qualify buyers * Build and maintain a strong buyer list in Go High Level * Consistently follow up with buyers via phone, text, and email * Ensure buyers are cash-ready or investment-qualified Deal Execution (A -B and B-C) * Manage the buyer side of transactions from contract to close * Send contracts, follow up on pending signatures, and ensure execution * Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and internal teams * Work with construction and internal dispo support to ensure accurate deal information * Track deadlines and keep deals moving forward * Maintain deal status updates and a performance scoreboard Systems & Accountability * Use Go High Level as the primary CRM * Maintain buyer records, deal tracking, and follow-up sequences * Track KPIs including: * Active buyers * Deals marketed * Deals closed * Net profit per deal * Days to close Qualifications * 2+ years of real estate experience (wholesale preferred) * Proven ability to sell, follow up, and close * Strong understanding of wholesale transactions and investor buyers * Experience marketing properties and writing ad copy * Comfortable handling contracts and coordinating closings * Highly organized with strong follow-through * Knowledge of the Fayetteville / NC market preferred * In-office availability required Applications that do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
