What You 'll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in our sales and marketing team by: * Converting physician referrals into scheduled patient consultations. * Handling inbound inquiries from advertising campaigns and turning interest into action. * Building trust and long-term relationships with referring medical offices. * Driving growth through proactive outreach and expert communication. Position Details * Job Type : Full-time * Schedule : Monday-Friday * Preferred shift: 11:00 AM -7:00 PM or 12:00 PM -8:00 PM * Location : Remote (Work From Home) Compensation & Benefits * Hourly Rate : $26-$28 * Bonuses : Quarterly performance bonuses * Benefits : * Health insurance * Paid time off * 401(k) retirement plan We 're seeking someone who is: * A persuasive communicator with 1 -3 years of sales experience (medical sales a plus). * Skilled in closing deals , meeting quotas, and managing multiple decision-makers. * Proficient in pre-call planning, account development, and time management. * Energetic, self-driven, and passionate about helping others. * A team player who can also thrive independently. * Equipped with a Bachelor 's degree and a strong work ethic.
