Overview This is a 100% commission based role ideal for a self-driven professional with prior sales experience. You will generate sales, work directly with customers, and coordinate projects from sale to completion. Our company services Harford, Cecil, and Baltimore Counties. Job Responsibilities * Meet with customers to discuss their fencing and/or decking needs * Perform site visits and take measurements (scheduled site visits will range from Monday-Saturday; Saturday availability is a must) * Prepare and present project estimate(s) to customers * Manage customer follow-up and close sales * Coordinate projects from contract signing through to completion * Ensure job details are accurate * Maintain contact with your customers * Maintain organized records, paperwork, documentation, etc. regarding customers and projects Skills/Qualifications * Sales experience is required (construction or home improvement based experiences are a plus) * Strong communication skills * Strong closing skills * Strong time management skills * Self-motivated and goal-oriented * Ability to manage multiple projects and customers at a time * Comfortable using email and basic computer tools * Prior fencing and/or decking knowledge is a plus * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a must Join a company with 28 years of proven success and a strong local reputation.
