In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads , your job is to call interested customers, ask a few key questions, and transfer warm, ready-to- talk leads to our Sales Team. Key Responsibilities * Call Inbound Leads Quickly: Reach out to interested customers, confirm what they're looking for, and keep the conversation moving. * Warm Transfer to Sales: When the customer is ready, transfer them directly to a Sales Rep for pricing and closing. * Ask Basic Qualifying Questions: Gather simple details (project type, location, timeline, contact info) so Sales can hit the ground running. * CRM Management: Accurately log call notes, outcomes, and lead details in our CRM system. * Follow-Up Attempts: If a lead doesn't answer, you'll make follow-up attempts to connect and get them to a rep. What We're Looking For * Strong Communication: You're confident on the phone and can keep a friendly, natural tone. * Fast & Focused: You can move quickly, stay organized, and handle a high volume of leads. * Team Mindset: You enjoy helping others win -- your success helps the Sales Team close deals. * Coachable Approach: Open to feedback, willing to improve, and ready to follow a process. * Technology Literacy: Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, calling systems, basic apps).
