*Sales Representative - Outside / Field Sales We are hiring a Sales Representative to grow retail distribution for a fast-growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) beverage brand. This is a field- based role focused on opening new retail accounts, supporting existing stores, and driving consistent reorders within an assigned territory. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, and working independently. It is not an office or call- center role. Key Responsibilities * Visit retail locations within your assigned territory on a regular schedule * Introduce the product to new stores and open new retail accounts * Support existing accounts by ensuring proper placement, stocking, and reorders * Build relationships with store owners, managers, and staff * Coordinate with wholesalers and local distribution partners when applicable * Assist with in-store promotions, demos, or sampling efforts * Track sales activity, store visits, and reorders using simple mobile tools * Ensure all activity is compliant with company guidelines and state regulations What the Role Looks Like Day-to-Day * Traveling locally within your territory * Spending most of the day visiting retail stores * Having face-to-face conversations with decision makers * Managing your own schedule and route * Focusing on results such as new accounts, reorders, and product movement Qualifications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable working independently and managing your own time * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet during the workday * Basic comfort using a smartphone for tracking activity * High school diploma or GED required Preferred (but not required): * Sales, retail, or customer-facing experience * Experience in beverage, CPG, convenience, or specialty retail * Outside or field sales experience Compensation * Commission-based compensation tied directly to performance * Uncapped earning potential * Performance incentives for top performers * Opportunity for expanded responsibilities and growth as the company scales Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $8,208.00 - $151,000.00 per year Benefits: * Work from home Work Location: On the road
