About Us We are a medical spa offering a range of aesthetic treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, facial rejuvenation, and professional skincare. We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in a client-focused environment. Responsibilities * Convert consultations into treatment bookings, packages, and product sales. * Lead, coach, and motivate a small sales team and front desk staff to meet daily and monthly sales goals. * Manage patient inquiries, follow-ups, and CRM updates to maximize sales opportunities. * Develop upselling and cross-selling strategies for treatments and skincare products. * Monitor sales performance, track progress, and suggest strategies to improve conversion. * Collaborate with nurses and practitioners to ensure seamless and personalized client experiences. Requirements * Proven sales experience, ideally in a spa, clinic, or service-based environment. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and close sales. * Experience leading or coordinating a team to achieve targets. * Highly organized, professional, and reliable. * Knowledge or background in aesthetics, cosmetics, or beauty services is a plus.
