Come join the SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Airport team. * Supervise and support Front Office, Breakfast and Sales Team operations along with strong communications in Housekeeping, and Maintenance. * Ensure a smooth handover from the day shift and prepare for the night shift. * Resolve guest issues or special requests with professionalism and efficiency. * Assist with Front Desk Operations during high-volume periods, including check-ins and check-outs. * Conduct walkthroughs to monitor property cleanliness, safety, and overall readiness. * Maintain communication logs and prepare reports for the next shift. * Coach and support staff during the evening shift, ensuring hotel standards are upheld. * Provide guidance on FOSSE-related tasks (if applicable), including room blocking, billing, and reservations.
