Qualifications * Proven experience in luxury retail sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. * Proficient with computers and point of sale systems; comfortable navigating digital tools and CRM platforms * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. * Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including evenings weekends and holidays * Ideal candidate must also be passionate about sales, refined, detail-oriented, organized, articulate in writing and phone communications skills, customer service-driven and focused on building long term relationships with clientele, both domestic and international.
