The Opportunity We're seeking motivated, people-oriented sales agents who can consistently activate 5 -10 Allison units weekly and exceed goals through proactive outreach and genuine care for customers. Key Responsibilities * Promote and sell Electronic Caregiver products (Allison Virtual Health Assistant). * Conduct virtual demos via phone, in person, Zoom, or social platforms. * Build long-term customer relationships and maintain engagement. * Follow up on leads, referrals, and community outreach efforts. * Collaborate with team leaders in weekly virtual check-ins for support and strategy sharing. * Track all activity, activations, and performance in the provided CRM. What You Get * Commission-based pay with no earning cap. * Up to $50 per verified activation of Electronic Caregiver products. * Bonuses: * $25 for every active unit sold (monthly) * $25 for every unit beyond 10 activated in 7 days * $50 for the first 10 activations in 7 days * Work anytime, anywhere -- total flexibility. * Support & training from a dedicated leadership team. * Access to exclusive Virtual Care digital tools and marketing materials.
