Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities * Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and maintaining attractive product presentations * Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and ensuring products are available and well-presented * Handle cashiering duties accurately, including processing returns, exchanges, and managing cash or card payments * Maintain professional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Requirements * Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude are essential * Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions confidently * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers effectively * Experience in supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not mandatory * Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, moving merchandise, and standing for extended periods * Knowledge of grocery store operations or familiarity with retail environments enhances your fit for this role * Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to connect with customers both in person and over the phone Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels success!
